Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak states that the parliament should consider an issue concerning return to Constitution 2004 today.
VR is to return Constitution 2004 today – Rybak
“The first law, which we should adopt, is the law on return to Constitution 2004. It is the first issue”, - underscored the Speaker and added “today we have to adopt this law”.According to an UNIAN correspondent, during the sitting the Speaker of the VR noted that the parliament should adopt a range of the laws today.
