According to his words, issues on possibility of changing territorial borders or secession are defined in accordance with the article 73 of Constitution of Ukraine.According to an UNIAN correspondent, EU Ambassador to Ukraine Jan Tombinski said this at press conference today.

Tombiński said that that this article stipulates that “the only single way is all-Ukrainian referendum, national referendum”.
