Mass media: secret session of Rada is convened in Crimea

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea Volodymyr Konstantinov convenes lawmakers for an extraordinary sitting of the Crimean parliament.

According to his words, an agenda is kept in secret and organization of the sitting is taking place with a blatant violation of the regulations.
