Tomorrow President of the RF Vladimir Putin will address the Federal Assembly of the RF due to “annexation of Crimea”.

According to an own UNIAN correspondent in the RF, Vice Speaker of the State Duma Ivan Melnikov said this to journalists in Moscow.

“Tomorrow, at 15.00 pm (Moscow time) President Putin will address the Federal Assembly due to the annexation of a new subject to the RF”, - said Melnikov, having noted that the State Duma will consider this issue in the morning.
