The Social Policy Ministry of Ukraine stated about stopping pension payments to Crimea citizens from March 16 due to objective reasons.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Minister Lyudmila Denisova said this.
“All social payments and pensions were financed from March 16 including. Neither on March 17 nor on March 18 we could not pay pensions to citizens, who live in the territory of Crimea. We do not have technical means for that. We are ready to support citizens of the country, but we can not do this, - said the minister. – They consider themselves the other country, and Constitution of the Russian Federation entered into force there yesterday. They switched off the e-payment systems and Treasury does not work within State Treasury of Ukraine”.
