Great Britain supports enlargement of the European Union and states that membership of Ukraine in the EU is achievable and important goal.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Ukraine Simon Smith said this at press conference in Kyiv.

“Our government decidedly supports enlargement of the EU. The EU and we have always seen Ukraine, as country, which finally will join the EU. It is achievable and important goal”, - said Smith.
