Russia did not withdraw its troops, they are standing in 30 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk during the sitting of the government on Monday.

“The data that Russia withdrew its troops from the borders is nothing else but a display of signs that they want to show that they allegedly withdrew the troops. But the troops are standing in 30-kilometres zone from the Ukrainian border. In fact nobody withdrew the troops”, - said the Prime Minister.
