If separatists lay down arms and vacate administrative buildings they are not to be persecuted – Turchynov

Acting President of Ukraine, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stated that he is ready to sign a decree on non-instituting of criminal proceedings against people, who captured the buildings in the Eastern oblasts, if they  lay down arms.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Turchynov said this in his speech in the parliament.

“If people lay down arms and vacate administrative buildings, we do not need to adopt laws on amnesty, we guarantee that there will be no criminal persecutions against people, who will lay down arms and vacate the buildings”, - he said.
