Amendments into Constitution of Ukraine should be adopted before the presidential election, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said this.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this today in Donetsk at a broadened meeting with representatives of the leadership of the eastern regions, members of the government and lawmakers of Ukraine.

Yatsenyuk stressed that “amendments into Constitution should be adopted before the presidential election, because before the moment of election of the head of the state the country should know what powers will have the president, government, prosecutor’s office and other branches of power”.
