Ukraine and other countries of the “Eastern Partnership” have European perspectives and can submit applications on membership in the European Union if they follow principles of democracy.

According to an own UNIAN correspondent in Brussels, it is said in the resolution of the European Parliament “Russia’s pressure on “Eastern Partnership” countries and destabilization of eastern Ukraine” adopted during the session in Strasbourg.

The current session is the last one before the elections to the European Parliament that will take place on May 23-25.
