He said this to journalists in Moscow, RIA Novosti reports.
“We need to react to such development of the situation”, - said the Defense Minister.

According to his words, “exercise of battalion tactical groups of integrated combined arms force of Southern and Western military districts started today in frontier regions with Ukraine”.
