They knocked chief of militia district department, colonel Hennadiy Victorovych Bakhtizin down and beat him when he came over to them for negotiations.

Public Relations Department of the Main Department of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine in the Luhansk Oblast disclosed this to UNIAN.

As of now, it is known that armed people are standing around the district department, people without weapons entered with the chief of the district department into his office and they are negotiating in order to prevent a storm of the building, shooting, bloodshed and victims.
