Three upper floors of nine-storeyed dwelling house are completely destroyed. The blast happened in the 3rd entrance of the house, all next-door apartments also got damages.

Governor of the Mykolaiv Oblast Mykola Romanchuk, head of Mykolaiv Oblast Council Taras Kremin, acting mayor of Mykolaiv Yuriy Granaturov, deputy chief of Mykolaiv Oblast Militia Department Artur Voytenko and head of the Main Emergency Department Maksym Hrytsaenko arrived at the place of accident.
