The State Border Service of Ukraine is ready to close border crossing checkpoints on border with Russia in case of attempts of its blocking or seizure by local residents or fighters.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chief of the SBSU Serhiy Astakhov said this at news conference in Kyiv today.

“If attempts of blocking or seizure of border crossing checkpoints are continued, the border service has no choice but to close these border crossing checkpoints”, - he said.
