Separatists of so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” adopt “constitution”, appoint “head of LPR” and head of “government”

Representatives of so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” held the “first republican meeting” on Sunday in Luhansk.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, lawmakers gathered in the session hall of Luhansk Oblast Council at 20.00 pm.

During the meeting they adopted “constitution of Luhansk People’s Republic” as interim law of self-proclaimed republic. They read each item of document and after that voted by show of hands.

“Head” of LPR was elected at the meeting. Valeriy Bolotov became the “head” of LPR.

Vasyl Nikitin was elected as “chairman” of republican council of “Luhansk People’s Republic”, after that his was appointed “head of the government of LPR”.
