VR ratifies Memorandum with EU on allocating EUR 1 billion of macro financial aid to Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a law on ratification of the Memorandum with the European Union concerning allocating of macro financial aid to Ukraine at sum of EUR 1 billion (№0085).

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 229 out of 281 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this decision.

As it is noted in a Loan Agreement, the EU will give a loan to Ukraine at total sum of EUR 1 billion, which should be paid in one or two tranches.

A term of repayment of credit should not exceed 15 years.
