Only 17% of polling stations in Luhansk Oblast and 31% in Donetsk Oblast got voters' list – CEC

As of today 716 district election commissions in the Donetsk Oblast (31,18 %) of 2296, and also 249 of district election commissions in the Luhansk Oblast (17,61%) of 1408 got voters' list.
