Donetsk airport temporarily suspends its work

Donetsk International Airport n.a. S. Prokofiev temporarily suspends its work from 7.00 am on May 26 due to presence of armed representatives of DPR.

“Ostrov” Donetsk edition with a reference to the press service of the airport reports this.

“About at 3.00 am dozens of armed representatives of DPR arrived in the territory of the airport and demanded to withdraw Ukrainian soldiers, who guard an interior perimeter of the airport. There were no shots or force confrontation. Donetsk airport temporarily suspends its work from 7.00 am”, - noted the press service.
