OSCE confirms that contact lost with Donetsk-based team
The mission wrote this on its Facebook page.
“On Monday evening at around 18:00 OSCE Special Monitoring Mission lost contact with one of its Donetsk-based teams. The team was on a routine patrol east of Donetsk when contact was lost. We have been unable to re-establish communication until now. The team consists of four international SMM members”, - it is said in the report.
