Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov wrote this on his Facebook page.

“An active offensive phase of antiterrorist operation is taking place near Slaviansk. We ask peaceful population of Slaviansk, Kramatorsk, Krasnyi Liman to stay at home and not to come over to position of concentration of terrorists in order to avoid risk for life”, - stressed Avakov.
