VR adopts resolution on taking oath by Poroshenko on June 7 in parliament

The Verkhovna Rada adopted resolution on date, time and place of carrying out of a solemn sitting of the parliament dedicated to taking an oath to Ukrainian people by the newly-elected president.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 300 out of 347 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this decision.

The resolution stipulates carrying out of a solemn sitting of the parliament dedicated to taking an oath to Ukrainian people by the newly-elected president at 10.00 am, on June 7.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on June 2 CEC announced Petro Poroshenko as newly-elected president of Ukraine on early elections on May 25.
