Yatseniuk hopes Verkhovna Rada to resume work on February 5
He met with all faction chiefs
Verkhovna Rada Speaker of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk hopes that the Ukrainian parliament will resume its work as early as on February 5.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he claimed this to a news conference in Symferopol, answering question whether the parliament’s rostrum will be unblocked by the opening of the second session of parliament.
A.Yatseniuk disclosed that on Monday he met with all faction chiefs, and he fixed a meeting with Party of Regions representatives for Friday. “I heard there was a desire to resume work since February 5. The work must begin with the address of the President to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. I hope we will open the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, A.Yatseniuk said.
