Yatsenyuk instructs Interior Ministry, SBU and Naftogaz to strengthen guard of gas pipelines

Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk instructed the Interior Ministry, the SBU and Naftogaz company to strengthen guard of gas pipelines.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he gave this instruction at the sitting of the government.

“I ask the Interior Ministry of Ukraine, the SBU, Naftogaz company and Ukrtransgaz company to strengthen a guard of the Ukrainian gas pipelines urgently. We forecasted some weeks ago that there would be the planned diversions, the goal of which is to undermine a reputation of Ukraine as a reliable transit partner”, - he said.

Yatsenyuk assured that Ukraine remains a reliable transit partner.
