President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes that today not only military, but also political operation is needed in east of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this, delivering a speech in National University of Ukraine n.a. Ivan Chernyakhovskyi at celebrations dedicated to graduation of students of operative-strategic and operative-tactical levels of preparation and the 100th anniversary of beginning of preparation of military specialists in training buildings of the university.
“The war became possible not only because of a strength of the Russian propaganda, but also because of weakness of local powers”, - stressed Poroshenko.
According to his words, the Ukrainian power should be strong and tough. “We need not only military, but also military-political operation”, - he said.
