Deputy Defense Minister Ihor Kabanenko states that “Ajdar” battalion will not be disbanded.
“Ajdar” battalion not to be disbanded – deputy Defense Minister
He said this on the air of “Svoboda Slova” program, TVi reports.
“These offers or intentions concerning possibility of disbandment of the battalion were cancelled. The Defense Minister made the decision. The battalion will exist and will keep on fulfilling its task within the frameworks defined by legislation: there is an article 18 of the law on defense, it consists of all the tasks of territorial defense”, - said Kabanenko.
