According to an UNIAN correspondent, deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Daniil Lubkivskyi said this.

He also noted that Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin is in Vienna, where he will set forth elements of the peace plan at annual review sitting of the OSCE on security issues.
