The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted for appointment of Valeriy Geletey for post of the Defense Minister of Ukraine.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 360 out of 364 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this decision.

Introducing his candidacy, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko assured that Geletey will justify lawmakers’ confidence.
