Fighters blasted a railroad over-crossing on a highway Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dolzhanskyi near Rota village (Artemovskyi district, Donetsk Oblast), the press service of the State Agency of Highways of Ukraine (“Ukravtodor”) disclosed this to UNIAN.
