The today’s plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will not continue because Party of Regions lawmakers blocked Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk in his own cabinet.
Our Ukraine – People’s Self-defense faction leader Vyacheslav Kyrylenko claimed this to journalists today.
According to him, this happened immediately after an interval was announced in the parliament and factions leaders gathered in the Yatseniuk’s cabinet to consult.
Besides, according to V.Kyrylenko, the Party of Regions faction lawmakers blocked A.Yatseniuk also because BYuT and OU-PSD lawmakers hampered them to obstruct the tribune and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to V.Kyrylenko, all talks of factions leaders about the draft decree on NATO have no perspective. “Even when the coalition make a regular compromise, the Party of Regions faction lays down new conditions”, he said.
