Party of Regions faction blocks presidium and rostrum of Verkhovna Rada

The Party of Regions faction has blocked the rostrum and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, “NATO No Way!” slogan was posted up at the rostrum. Blue and yellow balloons with “NATO-No!” inscription were hung up on the seats, belonging to Party of Regions and CPU factions in the parliament’s chamber.

Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk occupied his place in the presidium.
