Parliament members of the faction of the Party of Regions again block the rostrum and the presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, as for this moment, it is unclear why they again obstruct the work of parliament, because earlier there was an arrangement achieved on unblocking of the VR work.
The BYUT faction’s leader Ivan Kyrylenko claimed to journalists that the lawmakers were insulted that the state flags, which were placed by the PR faction in the session hall this morning, were removed.
During the break, PR faction leader Victor Yanukovych held consultations with Verkhovna Rada Speaker Arseniy Yatsenyuk. However, V.Yanukovych refused to disclose to journalists the reason of carrying out the consultations.
At the same time, he confirmed that the faction of the Party of Regions will keep on blocking the work of the VR during the evening plenary session.
