“In the end of this month, a meeting at the highest level will probably take place – this time, at the level of governments heads of Ukraine and Russia. When this meeting takes place, we do not rule out that the issue of signing these inter-government documents may be put on agenda”, O.Turchynov stressed.

According to him, signing these documents may defend relations in the energy sphere of the two countries from any spontaneous problems and unpredictable aggravations.

At the same time, the top DPM refused to forecast terms of signing the documents. “We will base upon real opportunities”, he said.

He disclosed that the talks on fixing the amount of the Ukraine’s debt for the consumed gas have been very complicated. “We would like very much that the positions, declared by Moscow, be fixed with corresponding agreements”, he stressed.
