Head of Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church celebrates his 75th birthday

President Victor Yushchenko took part in celebrations of 75th birthday and 50th anniversary of priesthood of the Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church Lubomyr Cardinal Husar, according to the President`s press-office.

President Yushchenko greeted Cardinal Husar and wished him sound health, happy longevity and divine grace. V. Yushchenko also awarded L. Husar with an Order of Yaroslav the Wise for Cardinal’s personal contribution into spiritual revival of the Ukrainian nation.
