The Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Public Prosecutors has opened a case against Chief of the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) Nazar Kholodnytsky.

At the same time, the Commission did not name its precise members who are to consider the complaint, noting that the cases are distributed automatically. The Commission has two months to consider the case, although the conclusion can be handed down even earlier, theinsider.ua reports.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko on March 30 submitted a motion to the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Public Prosecutors to dismiss Chief of the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office Nazar Kholodnytsky.
