Ukraine Parliament's Human Rights Commissioner Liudmyla Denisova has said Oleh Sentsov, who is illegally convicted in Russia, is in the prison medical unit, he has problems with the kidneys and heart.

"I've just talked to the lawyer of Oleh Sentsov. Today he managed to meet with Oleh in the colony. According to him, Oleh is now in the medical unit. He has problems with the kidneys and heart. Oleh drinks 3.5 liters of water a day, and they still put him daily droppers. These  are additional two liters," she told UNIAN.

According to her, Oleh had a crisis on the 26th day of hunger strike and was taken to a hospital outside the colony.

"They wanted to force him to feed, but Oleh refused. The doctors did not insist because of possible publicity and asked to take him back to the colony together with the forced feeding device," Denisova said.

She added that according to the lawyer, the crisis could happen again at any moment.
