SBU chief proposes to create national tribunal to prosecute killers of Maidan protesters

"The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should create a National Tribunal on this deliberate large-scale crime, which began [during] the Maidan Revolution and moved further to the east of Ukraine," he said, adding that Ukrainian legislation already has such precedents.
