Public taxi buses drivers threaten they will block the center of Kyiv tomorrow, should the city authorities not fulfill their demands to increase fares.
Vitaliy Reva, chairman of the All-Ukrainian Association of Car Carriers, claimed this to TV 5 Kanal today.
According to him, as early as today nearly 2 thousand Kyiv public bus drivers took part in the strike and did not come to their workplaces. V.Reva pointed out that they demand to increase the fare.
He added that the All-Ukrainian Association of Car Carriers is preparing a corresponding official address to the Kyiv City State Administration.
According to him, should they not be heard, “as early as tomorrow, the drivers will block the traffic in center of Kyiv”.
He added that presently, the Kyiv City State Administration even does not take part in the negotiations.
