Tymchuk: Insurgents introduce death penalty for disobeying orders of central command

"Refusal to obey the central command by some commanders or ordinary terrorists can lead to a threat of physical restraint, or even the death penalty," Tymchuk said.

"At the same time, over the last weekend we observed the departure of the main divisions of the Russian-backed insurgents from the line of contact with the Ukrainian troops in Luhansk and Donetsk regions," he wrote.

"This process is not observed in some areas, in particular, the enemy has kept its troops at the front from Pervomaisk to Lysychansk, and in the regions of Donetsk, near Telmanove and Novoazovsk, and near the Bakhmutka highway," Tymchuk said.
