Pyatt: Militants attacks are attempt to change demarcation line

The diplomat was responding to recent reports of the worsening situation in the conflict zone and data released today by the National Security and Defense Council.

"Today's map of the National Security and Defense Council demonstrates the level of violence of the separatists, and it means that they are trying to redraw the line of demarcation that was agreed during the signing of the Minsk Protocol on September 19," Pyatt said.
