A small plane crashed late Sunday about 42 kilometers west of Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital, killing three people on board, an official said, according to Xinhua.
"One pilot and two passengers, including a woman, were killed in the crash," said Igor Kril, the spokesman for the Emergencies Ministry.

According to a preliminary version, the crash of the hydroaeroplane may be caused by a technical failure or the pilot`s misplay.
