Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko told that Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine had approved on Friday a provision on holding tender procedures. She disclosed this at a press conference on the occasion of 100 days of the Democratic Government’s activity, according to the government’s press-office.
As she says, in accordance with this provision, all tender procedures are simplified, the Ministry of Economics is to control the holding of tenders and tenders themselves would be conducted public and on a competitive basis. The Prime Minister told that the relevant provision would come into effect from date.
At that Yulia Tymoshenko reminded that on the Government’s initiative earlier effective laws regulating the tender procedure had been abolished as well as the Tender Chamber of Ukraine liquidated.
