Germany this year is set to allocate EUR 1 million for the implementation of UN humanitarian projects in Ukraine, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine has told UNIAN.

As noted, thanks to the grant, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) will be able to continue implementing its humanitarian assistance projects for residents of eastern Ukraine who suffered as a result of the conflict on both sides of the demarcation line.
