Agents of the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) have pressed charges aganist former head of the Lviv Armored Plant State Enterprise over his failure to point in his electronic declaration of assets property worth UAH 4.6 million (US$184,961).

"On Sept 12, detectives of the National Bureau under the procedural guidance of the SAPO charged former CEO of Lviv Armored Plant State Enterprise with putting false information in the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government (Article 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the NABU's press service reported without calling out the official's name.

The investigation established the ex-official during 2016-2018 withheld from declarations data on his assets worth about UAH 4.6 million.

The undeclared property includes an apartment in Vienna (Austria) and a Belize-registered firm, where he is an ultimate beneficiary.

NABU detectives began investigating into said accusations in August 2017.
