Ukrainian Military TV on its YouTube channel on New Year's eve uploaded a video greeting from Ukrainian servicemen deployed in the Donbas frontline.
The video, shot to the tune of Shchedryk (globally known as Carol of the Bells), shows the troops celebrating holidays at their positions and in the trenches.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine wish you Happy Holidays. Shchedryk goes out to you from those who defend Christmas," the caption says.

In the comment section, users thank the troops for defending the country and wish them to stay safe and a Happy New Year.
“Remember those who defend your peaceful Christmas and New Year celebrations," wrote Minister of Defense Andriy Zagorodnyuk.
