WHO Representative in Ukraine Jarno Habicht has said the country will be able to cope with the novel coronavirus in case of an outbreak.

According to him, the WHO is most concerned about the spread of the virus to countries with a weak healthcare system.
"Taking into account our work with the Ministry of Health, I cannot say Ukraine is a country with a weak healthcare system," he told the Ukrainian online newspaper Ukrayinska Pravda.
Habicht says the risks of the disease still exist and doctors should be more informed.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the coronavirus was declared a global emergency by the World Health Organization, as the outbreak continues to spread outside China.
The death toll in China is now 213 people.
