Yatseniuk promises to allocate financial aid to families of firefighters killed at oil depot near Kyiv
The government will provide financial assistance to the families of firefighters killed while fighting a fire at an oil depot near the village of Hlevakha in Vasylkivskiy district of Kyiv region, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said on Thursday at a briefing not far from the burning oil depot.
"Three firefighters were killed. The government will provide the families of victims with financial assistance," Yatseniuk said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Yatseniuk instructed Interior Minister Arsen Avakov to bring to justice the director and chief engineer of the burning oil depot near Kyiv.
