Income of communication branch companies soared by 21%

The income of communication branch companies soared by 20.6% in the first half-year of 2006, compared with the same period of the last year, and made up 15 billion 96 million hryvnias. UNIAN was told about this at the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine.

At same time, the income of communication companies from giving services to the population made up 6 billion 59.8 million hryvnias, which is by 21.3% more than during the first half-year of 2005.

The biggest income was recorded in the mobile communication, which increased by 41.3%, compared with the first half-year of 2005, and made up 8 billion 679.7 million hryvnias.
