Number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Ukraine rises to 549 by Tuesday morning

The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Ukraine had risen to 549 by Tuesday morning.

"As of 10:00 Kyiv time on March 31, there were 549 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ukraine, including 13 deaths, while eight patients have recovered and been discharged from hospital," Ukraine's Health Ministry said on Facebook.

Sixty-nine new cases have been recorded over the past day.

As UNIAN reported earlier, the number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in Ukraine had risen to 548 by Monday evening.
