After the customs and biosecurity procedures, the cargo will be delivered to hospitals and laboratories across the country.

"Protective gear will also be provided to the military and State Border Service personnel," it said.

In addition, medical masks will be sent to pharmacies to meet local households' demand.

The Office of the President of Ukraine, which organized the delivery of the medical supplies for the healthcare sector, also facilitated imports to Ukraine of rapid test kits and medical supplies purchased by domestic entrepreneurs.

The Office also recalled that a plane with 100,000 PCR tests for COVID-19 arrived in Ukraine from the Republic of Korea on March 30. Test systems were delivered to infectious disease laboratories in all Ukrainian regions.
