Cabinet wants to lower minimum temperature in flats in winter to 16°С

The Ukrainian Health Ministry and the Ministry for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities intend to suggest lowering the minimum temperature level in flats in winter to 16° Celsius, the government's press service reported.

The government has set the deadline for September 15, 2015, for the relevant ministries to find ways to implement this initiative.

The current minimum temperature that should be maintained in flats during the winter months in Ukraine is fixed at 18° Celsius.
